Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, UK!

Hello everyone, happy September!
Hard to believe that the summer has flown by and the fall is upon us.
I had some amazing experiences this summer, spent lots of time on my paradise island beaches with my little girl and our friends. The whole Dixon Road occasionally meets at Brander’s Pond for a beach cookout with bocci, horseshoes, oysters and conversation. That is summer to me.
I’m heading out for the first time in a little while - 4 shows in Ontario starting tomorrow at the Branch in Kemptville. I’ve heard rumours that their food is great, which makes me happy!
Then we drive to Hamilton for a show at the Pearl and can’t wait to finally get into that venue. I remember my friend Dave pointing it out to me from his house which is only 4 doors down from there.
After that, we drive back up the 401 to Morrisburg for the St Lawrence Acoustic stage and we will be sharing that show with one of my favourites, Miss Jadea Kelly. She sang all over my record Silhouette and so I’m hoping that she’ll sing again with me at the show. She’s got an amazing new collection of songs that will be coming out soon...
Our last stop in Ontario is a house show in Brooklin and then a free day in Ottawa before heading back to PEI.
I’ll have about 8 hours off before getting back into the work mode with UK songwriter Sam Carter. We’ve got a few days set aside to write some music together and then we’re headed to Hunter River (PEI), Halifax, Fredericton and Moncton for shows together.
