ECMA wrap up and new things!

The East Coast Music Awards were in Charlottetown this last week, and it was so much fun!I had the joy of playing a new song on the Awards Gala, Thursday night, with Vishten backing me up... that was definitely a first for me! They are such wonderful musicians, it was an honour to work with them.

Another highlight was playing at Trinity United Church with Chris Gauthier by my side, sharing the stage with Fara, Lennie Gallant, Tara MacLean, Museum Pieces and Dara Smith-MacDonald and Adam Young. What a beautiful church, made for music! And my last performance was sitting in with the Atlantic String Machine, performing a brand new song as well as my dad's classic Snowbird. I love the arrangements they created for these songs, and it was great to play them live for Radio ECMA.

On Saturday ECMA had a screening of The Song and the Sorrow, the documentary https://churchhillnaturalmeats.com/buy-ativan-online/ film directed by PEI's Millefiore Clarkes. It was a rainy day, but people came out in droves to stand in line for that event. Unfortunately we couldn't fit everyone in, but there will be more screenings in the future for those who missed out.

For those of you who haven't heard yet, we have announced our new summer show - Heaven To Me. I'll be sharing the stage with Meaghan Blanchard and Gordie McKeeman and his Rhythm Boys. I'm really excited about this show, as we'll be telling stories and signing songs about our lives in PEI with a killer band and in the beautiful PEI Brewing Company. See you there!

Now that the ECMA excitement is all over and I've caught up on my sleep, I'm excited to give you all something new - tomorrow - but you'll have to wait 'til then!

Stay tuned!
